I have penned thousands of personalized poems over the years, writing about everything and anything that people ask of me - and I love doing it!
However, I have made it my goal for 2025 to write more poetry inspired by my own observations and experiences within this life.
Day by Day is a project which shall culminate in my first published collection of poetry.
Everyday throughout 2025 I shall hand-type a poem. What these poems shall be about, it's impossible to say, but they will be a reflection of my day.
These poems are available to buy here! The price of the poem will correspond with the day in the year - January 1st shall be $1, whilst April 10th will be $100, all the way up to December 31st coming in at $365. Each typewritten poem is one of one.
If each poem sells, I'll have enough $$$ to self-publish my first collection, comprising of the 365 poems which I will have written throughout 2025.
There are other twists and turns embedded into this project which shall be revealed at a later date.
In the meantime...

Best Poem Expirience!

Stumbled upon Alex and his typewriter at the Forsyth Market today! I loved the first poem he wrote for my daughter so much, I came back and got one to bring home for my husband! If you’re looking for a unique gift, don’t hesitate! Both my made heart smile!
My mum and I were visiting Savannah in april and met this lovely human being in the park and he gave us an amazing experience! Neither of us thought much of it, but after reading the poem I asked for, happy tears and a big hug took over! He did another one for my mum, on the more hard parts of life, and that as well ended in tears and a big hug and a lot of self love. I was in Savannah for a bachelorette last weekend and my friends had the pleasure of meeting Alex while they were on a walk. They came back raving about his poems and I immediately ordered one online for my boyfriend’s birthday coming up. His poem truly brought tears to my eyes and was so beautifully written. I’ve even ordered a second one for Mother’s Day!
We met Alex in Forsyth Park on a picture-perfect Saturday morning. We asked him to write a poem to help celebrate a weekend with long-time friends who have all journeyed far to be together. His poem was perfect. We will cherish it forever.
We first came across Poems by Post in Forsyth Park in Savannah and my 8 year old daughter had a little money to spend on a souvenir. This is the souvenir that she chose. She was so thrilled with it that, when we planned our next trip to Savannah, she kept asking if we could get another poem, which is exactly what we did. Strolled by an artist pop-up table in a Savannah Park and came across Alex and his Paint to Poems display. This print reminded me of my daughter (who is an artist) with the bright colors , especially the pinks. I just had to get it for her! I also bought another Paint to Poems print which I also love. These will be given as a gift to her this Christmas. I love this idea of matching poems to artwork - very unique!

I purchased a poem on a beautiful Saturday morning in Savannah's Forsyth Park. Alex turned the word "Gardening" into the most delightful memory of my trip. Thank you, sir.

I had the pleasure of meeting Alex and commissioning a poem for each of my boys (8 and 10 years old). Alex is a gifted wordsmith and puts care into his art.
